Spider-man: Into the Spider-verse is one of my all time favourite films and after seeing it multiple times both at the cinemas and at home, I just wanted to draw my interpretation of the characters as well as brushup and practice my traditional illustration skills.

I've shown a few stages of the process of this personal artwork piece below from the initial concept sketch to pencils and inks on paper. The artwork was then scanned and digitally coloured in Photoshop. I also tried an amateurish attempt at replicating some of the zip-tone comic book details the amazing animators from Sony Animations/Imageworks had used within the film.
